Evercode MAX BCR

Connect B Cell Clonotypes to Cell State at Scale

Pair full-length heavy and light chain BCR sequences with whole transcriptome gene expression from the same cells to explore B cell diversity, clonal expansion, and function, with the flexibility to profile up to 2 million cells and 96 samples.

More of What You Want, Less of What You Spend

Go bigger with your existing budget – MAX enables profiling of up to 2.5x more cells across up to 2x more samples with the same instrument-free workflow and lower cost per sample and cell.

Discover More Biology With Evercode MAX

Evercode split-pool combinatorial barcoding pairs B cell receptor detection with whole transcriptome gene expression profiling, using cell fixation to preserve biology before processing and requiring no specialized instrumentation. Evercode MAX BCR is the next evolution of this technology, delivering a detailed view of B cell biology with sensitive repertoire detection and the flexibility to match the scale of your study.

Maximize Scale
on Your Terms

Match the number of cells and samples to your study needs, with the flexibility to explore donors, conditions, and timepoints.

Connect Repertoire
to Cell State

Link paired, full-length heavy and light chain BCR sequences with whole transcriptome gene expression to characterize clonotypes and their associated B cell states.

Resolve Clonotypes and
Cell States

Detect low-frequency clonotypes to better characterize repertoire diversity and investigate clonal expansion.

Maximize Flexibility
with Fixation

Collect and store samples across timepoints or locations, then process them together using an instrument-free workflow.

Characterize B Cell Repertoire Diversity at Scale

Explore the diversity of B cell repertoires across donors and disease conditions. Evercode MAX BCR enables large-scale clonotype analysis, helping researchers characterize repertoire composition and identify expanded clonotypes across samples.

Capturing the Diversity
of the Human BCR Repertoire

Using Evercode BCR, more than 900,000 paired heavy-light CDR3 clonotypes were identified across 12 healthy donors and 12 individuals with autoimmune diseases. Over 95% of clonotypes were observed only once, demonstrating the extensive diversity of the human BCR repertoire.

High-Confidence BCR Pairing and Full-Length Recovery

Recover paired heavy and light chain BCR sequences to characterize clonotypes and investigate antibody repertoire diversity. Evercode BCR delivers high CDR3 pairing rates and full-length chain recovery for comprehensive B cell receptor profiling.

High Heavy and Light Chain Recovery in B Cells

Evercode BCR detected heavy chain CDR3 sequences in 96% of B cells and light chain CDR3 sequences in 95% of B cells, with both CDR3 sequences paired in 91% of B cells analyzed. Full-length heavy and light chain sequences were recovered in 79% and 76% of B cells, respectively.

Detect Rare B Cell Clonotypes

Evercode BCR has demonstrated detection of clonotypes at frequencies as low as 0.1% in controlled spike-in experiments. This sensitivity helps researchers characterize repertoire diversity and identify low-frequency clonotypes within larger B cell populations.

The Evercode™ BCR Workflow

The Evercode™ BCR solution provides the reagents, software, and accessibility to pursue difficult research questions.

Fixation

Lock in gene expression immediately after sample collection with a rapid fixation protocol. After fixation, samples can be stored for up to 6 months or proceed directly to barcoding.

Barcoding & Library Prep

Append barcodes to each transcript by progressing cells through a streamlined split-pool combinatorial barcoding process, which produces sequencing-ready libraries.

Sequencing

The resulting libraries are sequenced by NGS.

Data Analysis

Our Trailmaker platform provides an end-to-end data analysis experience, guiding you from FASTQ files to publication-ready figures, while maintaining the flexibility of multiple data entry and exit points. Our computational pipeline continues to also be available.
