Exhibitor Workshop

Scaling Precision Immunology Through Functional Immune Mapping with Single Cell Resolution

Thursday, April 16
10:30 AM – 11:15 AM
Exhibitor Workshop Room #1 – Exhibit Hall A

Scalable ex vivo functional perturbation modeling combined with single-cell RNA sequencing is transforming how immune dysfunction is defined, and ultimately how it is therapeutically targeted. In this workshop, Graph Therapeutics will share data demonstrating this in action: by pairing high-content screening with whole transcriptome profiling at single-cell resolution across large patient and donor cohorts, they map disease-relevant immune states in immunology and inflammation to drive systematic dysfunction mapping and accelerate precision target discovery.
