Large-Scale Single Cell Services
GigaLab
10M+ Cells

For projects past the scale of a single kit. Send us your samples and we run the whole thing end to end, from barcoding through sequencing to analysis-ready data.

Evercode MAX TCR

Connect T Cell Clonotypes to Cell State at Scale

Pair alpha-beta TCR CDR3 sequences with whole transcriptome gene expression from the same cells to explore T cell diversity, clonal expansion, and function, with the flexibility to profile up to 2 million cells and 96 samples.

More of What You Want, Less of What You Spend

Go bigger with your existing budget – MAX enables profiling of up to 2.5x more cells across up to 2x more samples with the same instrument-free workflow and lower cost per sample and cell.

Discover More Biology With Evercode MAX

Evercode split-pool combinatorial barcoding enables T cell receptor and whole transcriptome gene expression profiling without specialized instrumentation, with cell fixation to preserve biology before processing. Evercode MAX TCR is the next evolution of this technology, combining sensitive repertoire detection with flexible study scale for a deeper view of T cell biology.

Maximize Scale
on Your Terms

Match the number of cells and samples to your study needs, with the flexibility to explore donors, conditions, and timepoints.

Connect Repertoire
to Cell State

Link paired alpha-beta TCR CDR3 sequences with whole transcriptome gene expression to characterize clonotypes and their associated T cell states.

Resolve Rare
Clonotypes

Identify low-frequency clonotypes with sensitive TCR detection to better characterize repertoire diversity and clonal expansion.

Maximize Flexibility
with Fixation

Collect and store samples across timepoints or locations, then process them together using an instrument-free workflow.

Connect Receptor Identity With T Cell State

Go beyond receptor sequences to understand the cells behind them. Pair TCR sequencing with whole transcriptome gene expression to identify T cell populations, characterize their states, and place clonotypes in their cellular context.

TCR Profiling Across
One Million Mouse T Cells

Nearly 1 million mouse T cells were profiled with Evercode TCR Mega. Detected TCRs mapped to annotated T cell populations, while an NKT-specific alpha chain localized to the NKT cluster, demonstrating how receptor identity can be connected to cell type.

High-Confidence TCR Pairing

Recover paired alpha-beta TCR CDR3 sequences to characterize clonotypes and investigate T cell responses. Evercode TCR demonstrates high pairing rates across antigen-stimulated T cells, providing a more complete view of the TCR repertoire.

High Paired Chain Recovery
Across Stimulated T Cells

Evercode TCR achieved paired alpha-beta CDR3 recovery in 94% of autoantigen-stimulated T cells and 85% of viral antigen-stimulated T cells, demonstrating high pairing rates across both populations.

Detect Rare T Cell Clonotypes

Evercode TCR has demonstrated detection of clonotypes at frequencies as low as 0.1% in controlled spike-in experiments. This sensitivity helps researchers characterize repertoire diversity and identify low-frequency clonotypes within larger T cell populations.

The Evercode™ TCR Workflow

The Evercode™ TCR solution provides the reagents, software, and accessibility to pursue difficult research questions.

固定

Lock in gene expression immediately after sample collection with a rapid fixation protocol. After fixation, samples can be stored for up to 6 months or proceed directly to barcoding.

Barcoding & Library Prep

Append barcodes to each transcript by progressing cells through a streamlined split-pool combinatorial barcoding process, which produces sequencing-ready libraries.

シーケンス

The resulting libraries are sequenced by NGS.

データ解析

Our Trailmaker platform provides an end-to-end data analysis experience, guiding you from FASTQ files to publication-ready figures, while maintaining the flexibility of multiple data entry and exit points. Our computational pipeline continues to also be available.
