In this session from the Parse Bay Area User Group Meeting, Johnny Yu, CSO and Co-Founder of Tahoe Therapeutics, presents Tahoe-100M, the largest single-cell atlas ever created, as the inaugural contribution to Arc Institute’s Virtual Cell Atlas. Built in the Parse GigaLab in just a few weeks using Tahoe’s Mosaic platform, Tahoe-100M includes 100 million single-cell data points and 60,000 drug-patient interactions, making it 50x larger than all public perturbative single cell data combined.
